[Easy] Instant Pot Goulash / American Chop Suey

Really easy and tasty meal - this one cooks fast too!  From prep to on the table, in under 30 minutes.  It's a little different than a traditional tomato sauce, with the celery and Worcestershire Sauce (that's what makes this dish).  One of my favorites growing up, adapted for the Instant Pot.  Serve with a nice salad and you're all set.

Ingredients:

6 Stalks celery, sliced
1 Large onion, diced
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 14.5oz Can diced tomatoes (I prefer low sodium)
1 15oz Can tomato sauce (Low sodium here too)
4oz (weight) or 1+1/3c Dry elbow macaroni (I grab the high protein variety)
3/4c Water
1-1.25lb Ground beef (I use the 96% lean for this)
1.5T Worcestershire sauce
Salt and Pepper

Method:

Use the sauté function and brown the meat.  Remove and set aside.  In the pot, cook the celery, onion, and garlic until it's just softening.  Add back the meat, cans of sauce, macaroni, water, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.  Cook on high pressure for 4-5 minutes.  Natural pressure release for 4-5 minutes, release and enjoy!
